Due to long holidays at overseas warehouses, orders placed between January 21st and February 23rd may be shipped 1 to 3 weeks later than usual.

At Hisoka, after a customer orders a product, each item is carefully inspected and shipped from overseas. Therefore, we will ship your order within 1 to 3 weeks from your order. (It takes about 2 to 4 weeks for the product to arrive)
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to bad weather or the circumstances of the delivery company.

Shipping fee will be 800 yen for purchases within Japan of less than 10,000 yen. Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.

Shipping to all other countries outside of Japan is 3000 yen for orders under 20,000 yen, and free shipping for orders over 20,000 yen.

In addition, shipping to remote islands may be canceled depending on the number of orders. (Applicable only to Japan)
