Cancellation/Return/Exchange/Defective item

When packaging the product, we conduct a final product inspection before shipping, but in the unlikely event that a defective product is included or a product different from the one you ordered arrives, please check the notes on missing items and returns/exchanges listed below, and then contact us by email.


Cancellation (cancellation of order)

  1. Due to overseas purchasing, orders will be shipped immediately after payment has been received, so in principle we cannot accept cancellations. You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been arranged.

Product returns/exchanges

  1. We do not offer exchanges for customer convenience. (Wrong order, wrong size, wrong image, etc.)
  2. If you would like to return an item, please contact us via email with the reason for the return or exchange. After confirming your inquiry, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  • Products that are older than 4 days including the date of arrival
    • If the product is not returned within 5 days after the return/exchange is approved
    • Products that can be judged to have been used, modified, washed, or cleaned according to our store standards, or products with accessories or tags that have come off
    • Products that have odors, dirt, or scratches under the customer's care
    • If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by our company
    • Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other products that come into direct contact with the skin without going through underwear etc.

           

          If there is a defect in the delivered product, such as a defective or different product,

          1. We will respond by returning the product or exchanging the product. Please contact us by email. After confirming your inquiry, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by us.
          • Products for which 4 days or more have passed including the arrival date
            • If the product is not returned within 5 days after the return/exchange is approved
              • Products that can be judged to have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned according to our store standards, or products with accessories or tags that have come off
                • Products that have odors, dirt, or scratches under the customer's care
                • If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by our company
                  • If it is determined that the product is within the range of individual differences
                  • Minor marks due to the manufacturing process (things that will come off with washing)
                  • About thread fraying (thread end)
                  • If the threads of the product are frayed, if the fray does not cause a hole to form when pulled, there is no problem with the product itself. Please use scissors to cut off any fraying before use.
                  • If you think there is a defect such as a hole, please contact us by email with an image attached.
