At Hisoka, each item is carefully inspected and shipped after your order is placed. Therefore, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipment (2 to 3 weeks for delivery).
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier.

Shipping within Japan is 800 yen for orders under 10,000 yen. Free shipping on orders over 10,000 yen.

For all other countries outside of Japan, shipping is 3,000 yen for orders under 15,000 yen, and free for orders over 15,000 yen.

Please note that orders to remote islands may be canceled depending on the number of items ordered. (Applies only to Japan)
